The use watercourses and waterbodies within an urbanised countryside area

Water is an integral part of our life and waterways and areas were and still are an essential part of the public space of our cities and municipalities. We can find public space in every seat and we meet with the water on many of them. The water in public spaces appears in a different form. Whether these are minor elements, such as fountains, drinking water features, or larger water flows and water area. The water in the public space has its indispensable role. It is well known that its presence has a great impact on the well-being of man. Despite the fact that water is really important in the Interior of human settlements, over the years, water has disappeared on many places from public spaces, due to the technical development and development of settlements. The development of human settlements and public spaces takes place constantly from the time they were established. In recent years, the viewpoint of their importance is significantly changing and lot of the seats are aware of their value. The public space is like a living room of the city, thus a representative place. That´s why, the reconstructions of public space are quite often in recent years with use of water elements. The phenomenon of water surfaces is a factor which affecting the sustainable development and quality of life. Public space is not only an important functional element in the big cities. It has a great importance for smaller municipalities too. And just on them the thesis is focused. Their public space is often neglected. As well as water features in the surrounding area, which are uncared-for or extinct. Water in the form of water courses or water bodies have a great potential, in which a lot of possibilities is hidden, with which you can work in the urbanized areas. The goal of this thesis is to find a new role for the watercourses and water areas to be integrated into public space and public space, thanks to this, become a representative and functional part of the village once again.
Aspects affecting the price of the pond

This thesis deals with the measurement of ponds and influencing aspects that may play a role in the valuation of ponds. In the first part of the thesis, the author discusses the basic concepts and issues that are necessary for the valuation of the pond. In the second part of the thesis is stated as a specific example of a pond situated on three pozemcíchy using the cost method of valuation in accordance with Decree successive steps and for comparing valuation program ABN14.

Title: Ensuring prevention and safety in the selected waterpark Objective: The aim is to acquaint the reader with the system of prevention and safety in the selected waterpark in the United States and build a model "Plan for normal operation" and "Plan of danger" selected waterpark. Methodology: The work is based from available material of non-experimental character. This is a descriptive work that all acquired, collected and subsequently interprets structured information in the form of a draft in relation to the issue of prevention and safety on the selected device. Results: Chapter 4 covers summary description of the system to ensure prevention and safety in swimming pools, and water parks in the USA. The influence of water areas on the proposal of a new land arrangement in selected land adjustment.

My thesis is focused on the influence of water areas on the proposal of a new land arrangement in land adjustment. I chose the cadastral area of Žár u Nových Hradů and Netřebice. I made the work by comparing maps of land cadastre, land register and comprehensive landscaping project, where I focused on the comparison of changes in arrangement and area of ponds and reservoirs with adjacent land and changes in ownership.
České Budějovice- town and water

The thesis deals with the characteristics of the town of České Budějovice focused on the hydrological situation, the coexistence of the town with water and the use of water surface areas. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part summarises firstly, the information dealing with geographical physics secondly, socioeconomic information. It is followed by a detailed analysis of the main rivers, the Vltava and the Malše, which flow through the monitored territory. There is also a chapter aimed at the system of ponds in the defined location. From a historical point of view there are mentioned mainly interventions of nature itself in the life of the town in the chapter dealing with floods. The second application part includes the historical analysis of the evolution of the river bed and the water surface areas in the territory of České Budějovice, which was made up on the basis of comparing maps and information from the beginning of the 18th century up to the present. The anthropogenic activity and its influence on the town of České Budějovice itself is presented in the section solving the endangered water surface areas. This part also contains a case study dealing with the possibility of solving these hazards and risks in the countryside. The output of the thesis also includes the creation of promotional materials, which could be used as teaching supplementary materials at primary schools.
Influence of water areas on the proposal of a new land arrangement

In my work I dealt with an influence of water areas on proposal of new land arrangement in Žár u Nových Hradů cadastral area. In the area are 6 ponds and 2 water tanks. On the basis of maps of the real estate cadastre, land cadastre and project of complex land consolidation I compared changes in area of ponds a water tanks with contiguous plots and their arrangement. I found out a significant change only by the Havner pond, by which the arrangement changed.
